Moorings

• Vaitahu: water and grocery, infirmary, post office. No bank. Landing on the complex wharf, difficult dinghy tying. Protected marine area.
• Hapatoni: ideal mooring depending on weather. Small dock for dinghy, grocery, artisan center, marae, the Queen’s pathway.
• Hanamoenoa Bay: NW coast, white sand beach. You may meet Stevens who lives in this valley and offers you either to share an entirely Marquesan meal with him or to go fishing the Marquesan way, or to
  enjoy the fruits of his plantation. Stevens : 87 33 19 28
• Motopu Bay: good mooring north of the landing spot pn the south coast of the bay.
